Karrie Hayes, OTR/L

Karrie graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1988 with a bachelor of Science  degree in Occupational Therapy.  Her experience includes both adult inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient pediatrics. She has specialized in the pediatric population since 1991 working in private clinics and various public school systems. She is co-owner of Pathways Therapy Center. Continued education includes sensory processing, autism spectrum, Therapeutic Listening and Handwriting Without Tears program. She has a special interest in visual processing and enjoys working with local Optometrists. She enjoys gardening, walking and reading.

Sandra Wright, CCC-SLP

Sandra earned her doctorate degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Kansas. She has over 10 years of experience working with children with significant communication challenges, developmental language disorders or delayed social language skills. She is an expert in augmentative and alternative communication, social language and one of the only 80 speech-language pathologists in the country who holds the American Speech Language Hearing Association Board of Recognized Specialist in Child Language. Sandra is married and loves showing her dogs in obedience and agility as well as having them serve as therapy dogs.

Sue graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1985. She worked in hospitals both in St. Louis and within the Tulsa area providing inpatient and outpatient services for adults including hand therapy and pediatrics before entering into private practice in 1999. She is co-owner of Pathways Therapy Center. Sue has extensive experience in and enjoys treating pediatrics along with providing myofascial release and craniosacral therapy to children and adults. She is certified provider for Threshold Electrical Stimulation, Interactive Metronome and Therapeutic Listening.  Additional continued education includes the areas of sensory processing, autism spectrum disorders, handwriting and Floortime. Sue is married with 3 grown kids and likes to run, bike and garden.

She has a special interest in working with children with sensory processing and autism spectrum disorders. She enjoys working with Pre-K and school age children who have fine motor and sensory processing disorders. Amy is married and has 3 children. She loves the beach, watching baseball and the Oklahoma Sooners!

Mona Carson

Jessica Seibert graduated in 2014 from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at TCC. Her first clinical rotation of 8 weeks was at Saint Francis Inpatient rehab and her second rotation was here at Pathways Therapy Center. Jessica started working here May of 2014 shortly after graduation. She has worked at Marquette school as a paraeducator and Camp Loughridge as an Autism Counselor/ Ropes course instructor. She is married, enjoys being outdoors, and has a basset hound named Clarence.

Danell Bussey, CF-SLP

Danell Bussey earned her Master's of Science degree in speech-language pathology from Oklahoma State University in 2016.  She is very interested in providing treatment and conducting assessments fro children with complex communication needs and developmental disabilities.

Macee Nolan earned her Master's of Science degree in speech-language pathology from Oklahoma State University in 2014.  She specializes in oral-motor, feeding, and swallowing in pediatrics.

Jamie Vang

Jamie Vang joined Pathways Therapy Center in February 2016.  Jamie brings a history of medical billing and front office administration with her to Pathways.  She provides attention to detail and excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Mona has been our front office person for 8 years. Mona came from a customer service background in several fields before joining our team in 2007. Mona brings organization and a friendly smile to Pathways daily. She enjoys scrapbooking, sewing, photography, reading and spending time with her husband, 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
