Karrie Hayes, OTR/L

 Karrie graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science  degree in Occupational Therapy.  Her experience includes both adult inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient pediatrics. She has specialized in the pediatric population since 1991 working in private clinics and various public school systems. She is co-owner of Pathways Therapy Center. Continued education includes sensory processing, autism spectrum, Therapeutic Listening and Handwriting Without Tears program. She has a special interest in visual processing and enjoys working with local Optometrists. She enjoys gardening, walking and reading.

Sandra Wright, CCC-SLP

 Sandra earned her doctorate degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Kansas. She has over 10 years of experience working with children with significant communication challenges, developmental language disorders or delayed social language skills. She is an expert in augmentative and alternative communication, social language.  Sandra is married and loves showing her dogs in obedience and agility as well as having them serve as therapy dogs.

 Sue graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1985. She worked in hospitals both in St. Louis and within the Tulsa area providing inpatient and outpatient services for adults including hand therapy and pediatrics before entering into private practice in 1999. She is co-owner of Pathways Therapy Center. Sue enjoys treating pediatrics along with providing myofascial release and craniosacral therapy to children and adults. She is certified provider for Threshold Electrical Stimulation, Interactive Metronome and Therapeutic Listening. She enjoys working with children  on reflex integration,  sensory modulation and perceptual-motor and social skills.  Sue enjoys running,  biking and gardening and spending time with her family.

Amy worked for ten years at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa treating inpatient and outpatient pediatrics with a wide range of diagnoses. She joined Pathways Therapy Center formerly TherapyTime OT in 2005 and currently holds certifications in Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome. She has a special interest in working with children with sensory processing and autism spectrum disorders. Jessica Seibert, COTA/L

 Jessica Seibert graduated in 2014 from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at TCC. She joined Pathways therapy Center  in May of 2014. Prior to becoming a COTA she  worked at Marquette school as a paraeducator and Camp Loughridge as an Autism Counselor/ Ropes course instructor.  Ashley graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2012 and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2017. She enjoys working with school-age children to help them develop play, fine/gross motor skills, and personal activities of daily living. Ashley has experience working with a variety of diagnoses that include but are not limited to autism, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She enjoys running, gardening, and being outdoors with her husband and 2 dogs.

Danell Bussey, CCC-SLP

 Danell Bussey earned her Master's of Science degree in speech-language pathology from Oklahoma State University in 2016.  She is very interested in providing treatment and conducting assessments for children with complex communication needs and developmental disabilities. She also enjoys providing oral-motor therapy for feeding issues.

Joanna Lawson, CCC-SLP

 Joanna Lawson received her Masters of Science degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Tulsa in 1997. She has previously worked with children in the clinical and home setting. She enjoys working with children with a variety of communication needs and their families. Joanna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, singing, and being a cub scout den leader.

Emily Chism, CCC-SLP

 Emily graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2017. She enjoys working with children with a variety of diagnoses but is especially interested in language disorders in the school-aged population. Emily loves reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Mona Carson

 Mona has been our front office person for 8 years. Mona came from a customer service background in several fields before joining our team in 2006.  Mona brings organization and a friendly smile to Pathways daily. She enjoys scrapbooking, sewing, photography, reading and spending time with her husband, 3 children and her grandchildren.

Bri Johnson

 Bri joined our team in July 2017. She graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelors in Mathematics and came to us with experience as both a teacher and administrative assistant. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.
