Pathways Therapy Center is dedicated to providing occupational and speech therapy services to help children on their journey to reach their full potentials. We are an independently owned clinic with over 20 years of experience offering Occupational, Speech, Feeding, and Group Therapies. Our staff is unique in their ability to form strong relationships with both the patients and their families.
We are conveniently located in Midtown Tulsa, easily accessible to the surrounding communities to best meet the needs of those we serve and their families.
We are a proud partner of Oklahoma ABLE Tech, a statewide assistive technology program. The funding provided helps enhance the opportunities for Oklahomans with disabilities to access and acquire needed assistive technology. We collaborate to bring you both the device demonstration and the device short-term loan program.

OUR SERVICES
Occupational Therapy
Our therapists focus on a child's self-care skills, sensory-motor, postural and emotional development with the objective of helping to improve the child's functioning in the home, school, and community.
Speech Therapy
Our Speech Language Pathologists are nationally certified to evaluate and treat a variety of disorders. SLPs at Pathways develop an individualized treatment plan for your child with the best available practices.
Feeding Therapy
Our therapists have knowledge in feeding evaluations and treatment for a variety of feeding disorders.
Group Therapy
We offer a variety of group intervention sessions for children to learn and practice their social skills with peers. Our clinic offers a variety of groups for a wide range of ages.

KARRIE HAYES, OTR/L
Co-Owner/Occupational Therapist
Karrie graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked specifically with the pediatric population since 1991. She has training in sensory processing disorder, sensory feeding issues, visual processing, Therapeutic Listening, autism spectrum disorder, pediatric massage, and myofascial release. She enjoys gardening, reading, puzzles, camping and volunteering for Brittney Rescue Dog Groups.
SUE MAROLF, OTR/L
Co-Owner/Occupational Therapist
Sue graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1985. She worked in a variety of settings providing both adult and pediatric services while becoming a certified hand therapist before entering private practice in 1999. She is a certified provider for Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome and has extensive experience in craniosacral and myofascial release. Sue especially enjoys working with school aged children on reflex integration, fine motor, self cares and social skills. Sue enjoys gardening, riding her bike and spending time with her family.
AMY ROBERTS, OT/L
Occupational Therapist
Amy graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 with a degree in Secondary Science Education and from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1996 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She spent two years teaching secondary science in the public schools before graduating from OT school. Amy worked for ten years at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa treating inpatient and outpatient pediatrics with a wide range of diagnoses. She joined Pathways Therapy Center formerly TherapyTime OT in 2005 and currently holds certifications in Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome. She has a special interest in working with children with sensory processing and autism spectrum disorders. Amy enjoys gardening, doing home improvement projects, watching her children's activities and attending church.
JACQUE MCCOY, COTA/L
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Jacque graduated from Tulsa Community College in 2015 with an associates in applied sciences for Occupational Therapy Assistant. Since graduating Jacque has spent the last 7 years working in pediatrics and always knew she wanted to work with children. She has experience working in many settings including school based, home health and clinic based OT. She has experience working with a wide variety of diagnosis and believes strongly in connecting with children through their interests to drive progress and motivation. She has special interest in working with children struggling with emotional regulation and on the autism spectrum. She currently holds certification in Interactive Metronome and is working to learn Spanish. In her free time she enjoys playing with her dogs, playing video games, and arts and crafts.
VIVIANNA WIGGINS, COTA/L
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Vivianna graduated from Brown Mackie in 2015 with a degree in occupational therapy assistant since graduating she has been working in pediatrics. She has training with sensory integration, and autism spectrum disorder. She particularly enjoys working with working with children on emotional regulation and with children with angelman syndrome. In her free time she enjoys, walking, swimming, and spending time with her family.
Xoa Vo, OTR
Occupational Therapist
Xoa graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Health and Science with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree. She has volunteer experience in teaching low-income students and helping them return to school. Xoa has many hours of shadowing, as well as clinical experiences in both adult and pediatric settings. She also has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses and behavior in school setting. Xoa enjoys cooking, puzzles, watching movies, and spending time with family.
JOANNA LAWSON, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Joanna Lawson received her Masters of Science degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Tulsa in 1997. She has previously worked with children in the clinical and home setting. She enjoys working with children with a variety of communication needs and their families. Joanna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and singing.
EMY TRZECKI, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Emy earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders followed by her master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University ofTulsa. Her favorite clinical experiences involved early language intervention, alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) speech devices, working with picky eaters, and speech sound disorders. Emy has been a pediatric speech pathologist since graduation working in a local elementary school in the area of speech and sound disorders, language disorders, and AAC. Emy enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and hiking with her dogs Willow and Louie.
JAYCIE JAMES, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Jaycie earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Arkansas, and subsequently completed her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Tulsa. After graduation, Jaycie worked in the local school system to support children with speech sound disorders, language disorders, and students who use alternative-augmentative communication (AAC) speech devices. Jaycie enjoys working with children in the areas of early intervention for language development, AAC, language disorders, and speech sound disorders. Jaycie enjoys spending her free time reading and enjoying time with family, friends, and her two dogs Teddy and Cashew.
JULIE PORTILLO
Front Office Assistant/Spanish Interpreter
Julie graduated from Will Rogers high school in 2017. She has been working at Pathways since 2019 and enjoys working in an environment that feels like more like family than work. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym and riding electric scooters with her family and fiance.
LAUREN GUTTERMAN
Therapy Tech
Lauren graduated from Riverfield in 2013, following high school assisted in teaching art and music lessons. She now works with us at Pathways assisting with cleaning, Able Tech and overall lending a hand when needed. In her free time she enjoys playing video games, caring for her pet birds, and hanging out with friends.
