KARRIE HAYES, OTR/L

Co-Owner/Occupational Therapist

Karrie graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Her experience includes both adult inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient pediatrics. She has specialized in the pediatric population since 1991 working in private clinics and various public school systems. Continued education includes sensory processing, autism spectrum, Therapeutic Listening and Handwriting Without Tears program. She has a special interest in visual processing and enjoys working with local Optometrists. She enjoys gardening, walking and reading.

SUE MAROLF, OTR/L

Co-Owner/Occupational Therapist

Sue graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1985. She worked in a variety of settings providing both adult and pediatric services while becoming a certified hand therapist before entering private practice in 1999. She is a certified provider for Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome and has extensive experience in craniosacral and myofascial release. Sue  especially enjoys working with school aged children on reflex integration, fine motor, self cares and social skills. Sue enjoys gardening, riding her bike and spending time with her family.

AMY ROBERTS, OT/L

Occupational Therapist

Amy graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 with a degree in Secondary Science Education and from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 1996 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She spent two years teaching secondary science in the public schools before graduating from OT school. Amy worked for ten years at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa treating inpatient and outpatient pediatrics with a wide range of diagnoses. She joined Pathways Therapy Center formerly TherapyTime OT in 2005 and currently holds certifications in Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome. She has a special interest in working with children with sensory processing and autism spectrum disorders. Amy enjoys gardening, doing home improvement projects, watching her children's activities and attending church.

JOANNA LAWSON, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Joanna Lawson received her Masters of Science degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Tulsa in 1997. She has previously worked with children in the clinical and home setting. She enjoys working with children with a variety of communication needs and their families. Joanna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, singing, and being a cub scout den leader.

LISA OSMUS, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Lisa earned a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a double major in Psychology followed by her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University. She has a strong background in pediatrics and working with children from birth to 21 years of age with a variety of abilities. She has a special interest working with picky eaters, feeding difficulties, articulation, and social/pragmatic language disorders. She is trained in the SOS approach to feeding and holds a certification in the Hanen More Than Words program. Lisa loves hanging out with friends, attending church, planning the next big adventure with her husband, and cheering on the Cowboys.
